Grace Li, graduated from Dalian University of Foreign Languages and Jilin University, double majored in English and Journalism. Grace joined BCIS in 2015, now she is the HR Manager. She has more than 10 years’ HR working experience in some MNC companies like Accenture, SONY and Lenovo, which gave her solid HR professional knowledge. She is attracted by BCIS mission, vision and culture of Wen Xing Zhong Xin. She believes BCIS is a happy working place, and has a strong confidence to lead HR team to move towards a better future.

Darren Wang

Darren started his career in 2010 after he obtained his postgraduate degree from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, UK. He then worked for two years as a translator/interpreter in Edinburgh and Glasgow, before returning to Beijing to join a Daimler Joint-Venture where he worked in administrative support.


Attracted by BCIS’s vision and values, Darren came on board in December 2016. He believes that successful interpersonal communication relies on the expression of compassion and integrity. He is determined to implement effective and positive communication in his daily work and contribute greatly to BCIS.

Miranda Mu

Miranda Mu, a New Zealand permanent resident, studied and worked overseas for five years in the fields of business administration and marketing before she joined the BCIS family in 2005. She returned to her hometown because she strongly believed that China would become the most important and attractive country in the world. Being around so many fantastic colleagues and lovely children makes her dedicated to constant improvement. She loves the dynamic educational environment of BCIS, and has confidence in leading the GA team to make a great contribution to the school’s brilliant future.

Dandan Sui

Dandan is from Harbin City, which is located in the northeast of China. After earning her degree from Harbin Normal University, she began her career in education in Beijing in 2004 as an English language teacher and later became an administrator in a local Chinese school, as well as the educational authority. In 2012, Dandan went to England to work in a grammar school. The variety of cross cultural and professional settings in which she has worked has shaped who she is today.
 
Dandan joined BCIS in 2015 and is currently the Manager of the Yuecheng Education Research Institute (YERI), which provides Professional Development training for local teachers using international sources. Attracted by the mission and vision here at BCIS, her aim is to create a dynamic and robust learning and working environment between the local and international communities.

David Sun

David graduated from Tianjin University in 2007 with a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Technology. He has more than eight years' working experience in the construction projects management field. He also has rich experience in facility and equipment maintenance and property management.

David is now working as the Property Management (PM) Manager at BCIS. He leads the PM team to provide the best service to all members of both campuses. He believes attention to detail is the key to success, and he strongly believes that he will lead the department to build a healthier, more secure, and more comfortable environment for all community members.

Research Officer

June Wang

June is a Research Officer of the Yuecheng Education Research Institute. She graduated from Beijing Forestry University and has over ten years of experience in international education. She previously taught English in various middle schools and high schools for seven years, focusing on class teaching, curriculum design, language acquisition, multi-cultural experiences, activity learning, concept-based learning, and assessment methods. In 2008,she joined Beijing City International School as the Board Secretary and Interpreter. This position has allowed her to participate in key projects and experience certain critical stages during the school’s growth and development. She is certainly happy to see that BCIS is heading towards maturity through reflection, exchanges, innovation, and practices.
 
In early 2016, she transferred to Yuecheng Education Research Institute, hoping to continue her contributions based on her understanding of BCIS and her extensive experience in the education field. From 2014 to 2016, she took Early Childhood Education courses from the Walden University online program to further her skills.
 
She sincerely believes that every child has the potential and gifts to accomplish his/her life goals. As educators, she has stated we need to provide appropriate guidance and support to enable all students to be curious, keen to learn, eager to take action, and courageous enough to develop commitments to others and the global community at large.
 
June currently lives in Beijing with her husband and twin girls Saisai and Guagua.

Stacy Wang

Having studied and worked in China, South Korea and Finland, Stacy came back to Beijing in the spring of 2010 and worked in the International School of Beijing’s Admissions and Communications Office, where she stayed for five years. In May 2015, Stacy joined BCIS’ Admissions Department as the Admissions Manager. Stacy is very passionate about international education, and enthusiastic about community involvement and working with parents and students.

She loves to tell prospective families about the diverse opportunities BCIS provides to support our students pursuing their passions, both inside and outside of the classroom. She also loves to share how friendly and welcoming our BCIS community is; how the students feel at home here and develop lifelong relationships.

With Stacy’s knowledge and experience in admissions, we strongly believe a more welcoming, professional and strategic BCIS Admissions Department will emerge to support all of our prospective families.

Dennis Wang

Dennis Wang joined BCIS in the summer of 2008. Before that, he worked at the International School of Beijing.  He has more than 10 years working experience in the IT field. In 2001 he went abroad to study in Canada and received an M.B.A. degree in Halifax, NS, Canada in 2004.

Dennis is now working as the IT manager at BCIS. He will lead the BCIS IT team to provide the best IT service to the whole school. He strongly believes that BCIS will have a brilliant future.

Jing Zhang

Jing received her Bachelors degree in Fine Art and Oil Painting from Minzu University of China in Beijing. She then obtained an MSc in Multimedia from Dublin City University in Ireland. She joined the BCIS team in 2009 as a graphic designer in the Office of Communications. In 2014, she was appointed as the new Manager of Communications.

Over the past five years, she has enjoyed working with many passionate and creative colleagues in what she sees as a caring and supportive environment. Furthermore, she believes that the positive energy around the whole school is what helps the students, teachers and other community members feel empowered to find success in whatever they are doing.

Owing to her strong arts background, Jing strongly believes that beauty exists in all aspects of life and work, and has an amazing effect on everything around us.
