Grade Representatives are a necessary part of the BCIS community.  Their role provides an important link between the PTA and the parents in each class.  They also provide an additional link between the class teacher or homeroom teacher and parents where needed.  Teachers will still have the direct communication they currently share with parents.  Grade Representatives, together with the PTA and Parent Ambassadors provide better communication with parents and the school.  We all hope to build more of a BCIS community through social events and meetings, coffee mornings, outings and school events.

There was a great response to our call for Grade Representatives but several grades are still open for the 2011-2012 school year.  If you would like to learn more about Grade Representatives or volunteer for an opening in your child's grade, please contact Heidi, PTA Class Representative Coordinator.
