Mrs. Zhang Fang has been working in different functions such as sales and trade, project management, corporate strategy and corporate communication as well as human resources and training in international and Chinese companies.

Below are the main positions she has served (in time sequence):

- Head of Leadership Development for Siemens in North East Asia

- Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy for Siemens Asia at headquarters in Siemens headquarters in Munich

- Head of Project Office for Beijing Olympic Games 2008

- Head of Corporate Communications for Siemens Asia in Munich

- Head of Corporate Communications for Siemens China

- Head of Marketing and Strategy Department for Siemens China

- Sales, technician and project manager at Dalian Heavy Machinery Plant

Now Mrs Zhang is working at German International Cooperation Institute, a federal government owned organization for governmental cooperation projects between Germany and China. She is also actively engaged in leadership training and executive coaching.

Mrs Zhang is married with a son of 11th grade. She enjoys working with people from different culture background.
