Administration Department

1. IT Service & Application Engineer IT服务与应用工程师
Duties and responsibilities:

1. Schedule and Organize training schedules for end users, both Admin and Academic side.

3. Support end users via both telephone and on-site, make sure the service quality meet end user’s needs and the standards

2. Facility Executive

Department: GA Department

Reports to: GA Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for cooperation with the outsourcing property management team to ensure buildings, key plant and equipment running in good status.
2. Regularly perform and report on routine inspections of school facility and grounds to proactively identify and bring to resolution areas in need of attention so as to improve the health, safety, operations and appearance of facility, as well as ensuring that the building holds all relevant certificates related to the facility.
3. Be responsible for internal and external facility reservations.
4. Supervise facility workers to support event set-ups.
5. Assist GA manager for school major maintenance work and renovation in terms of contractor selection, price control, and project implementation.
6. Manage school assets including issuing verification reports for fixed assets, updating asset management record, in charge of annual asset inventory and report.
7. Assist GA manager in preparation and management of facilities related budgets.
8. Manage the purchasing/stock of facility related supplies.

Qualification:

1. A sound understanding of electrical, plumbing, heating ventilation air-condition ( HVAC ) system , security and fire system
2. Facility related contract negotiation and price control skills
3. Bachelor degree majoring in engineering or mechanic or atomization
4. Fluent verbal and written skills in English
5. Able to work in a collaborative style, team player
6. Willing to work under pressure.
7. Minimum 3-5 years relevant experiences
8. Previous International school work experience is an advantage

3. HR Officer
Responsibilities:

1. Prepares and ensures the employment contracts are signed for local staff prior to employment.
2. Prepares and assists the renewed employment contracts for the teacher assistants and admin staff and ensure the contracts are signed.
3. Implements the new staff entry and leaving staff policy and procedures.
4. Assists the new expatriate and leaving teachers for personal baggage customs clearance or delivery.
5. Reports to HR Manger on Mondays if the probationary period of any new staff is expired within the week.
6. Sets up and maintain the personal file for all faculty and staff.
7. Coordinates with Finance Department and FESCO to check the social contributions and housing fund for all local staff prior to 23rd of each month.
8. Assists local staff to enroll supplementary medical insurance and helps claim the medical expenses yearly.
9. According to monthly payroll, prepares and distributes the pay checks for all faculty and staff at the end of each month.
10. Organizes staff personal celebration, activities and training, including venue and date reservation, gifts purchasing.
11. Records all professional development Requisition Form for all faculty and staff.
12. Updates admin emergency tree, SMS contact information, staff photos and emergency contact list.
13. Raise Requisition Form for various payment such as FESCO service charge, local staff housing fund, Dragon Fire Swim Coach fee, lifeguard pay.
14. Maintains all BCIS gifts from suppliers or other channels in the HR storage room.
15. Updates and maintains HR RF serial number and record.
16. Responsible for renewal of school business license, organization certificate, school certificate, foreign expert invitation certificate, etc.
17. Sorts out, files all school original contracts.
18. Assists Chinese Beijing HuKou student to enroll the social contribution.
19. Processes the School Liability Insurance.
20. Performs any other duties assigned by the school.

Qualifications/Experience

1. Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Human Resources or English.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in HR, preferably in MNCs
3. Good command of English in both verbal and writing form
4. Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Access.
5. Strong interpersonal skill, enthusiastic, initiative, honest.

4. Cashier
Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责 :

1. Cash reimbursement and cheque payment every Tuesday and every Thursday.
每周二和周四现金与支票付款每周二和周四现金与支票付款。
2. Daily Book keeping. (Exclude tuition payment voucher).
每日凭证录入(学费收款凭证除外)。
3. Weekly report to Landgent Group for Funds-every Friday afternoon.

4. Make monthly bank statement reconciliation-by 15th each month and pass it to accountant to double check.

5. Issue Payment Notice, Payment Agreement and tax fapiao to students in time.

6. Fee collection daily update in Billing Plus system. Double check with YONHYOU system.
每日在Billing Plus系统中及时更新收费信息, 与用友系统中的预收金额核对。
7. Contact with parents. Follow up the overdue tuition fee (returning students only). Reply parent’s email in time.
负责回答家长关于学费方面的问题,联系催收返校生学费,及时回复家长的邮件。
8. Around 20th every month, process expatriate teacher’s payroll.
每月20日左右支付外籍员工工资。
9. Around 26th every month, process local staff payroll.
每月26日左右支付国内员工工资。
10. Process housing rental to landlord, follow up invoice for apartment rental.
每月(每季度)按时支付房租,收取房租发票。
11. Process teacher’s reimbursement in time. When payment is done, send email to notice relevant teacher.
及时处理教师的各类报销。付款完成时,邮件通知相关教师查收报销款。
12. Weekly update-every Friday: what do you do within this week, work plan for next week, what’s your problem need to be solved.
每周五完成本周工作总结:写明本周完成工作内容,下周工作计划,近期工作中存在的问题,哪些问题需要帮助协调解决。

Qualifications/Experience required for the job 入职要求:

1. Three year college diploma or above in the field of accounting.
会计专业大专文凭或以上学历。
2. Minimum 3 years work experience in finance.

Qualifications:
