Hello “United Nations” – Experience at an International School is the second book published by 12^th grade student Kathy Yang. It is a collection of 18 articles about her experience as a student at Beijing City International School.

The book portrays a colorful picture of school life through a student’s eyes. The contents are fascinating, the language is humorous and, most importantly, everything she writes is true - from student’s perspective. The book is written in Chinese and has attracted a lot of attention among the BCIS community since it was recently published. Many parents are eager to grab a copy since – as they put it – they are able to learn so much more about their children’s life at BCIS than what the kids tell them.

Kathy Yang joined BCIS three years ago and is currently completing her IB Diploma studies. She published her first fiction in grade 10 and this is her second publication.
