理事会

北京乐成国际学校(BCIS)实行理事会领导下的校长负责制。

学校理事会由七名成员组成,为BCIS带来国际教育、工商、金融、设施和危机管理、人力资源和法务方面的丰富经验,为BCIS的健康成长提供指导和规划。

学校理事会下设3个委员会:政策委员会、教育和发展委员会、财务和运营委员会。学校校长是3个委员会的成员。每个委员会包括2-3名理事会成员,其中一名理事会成员作为委员会主席,由其负责架起理事会与学校之间的沟通桥梁。

学校理事会与校长的良好合作关系有利于学校的发展,符合师生的利益。每年学校理事会召集至少4次全体理事会议,审议校长及各理事会委员会的工作报告,了解学校各方面工作。会议期间,理事会各委员会为学校的发展提供专业建议和指导意见。


创始

倪浩华先生

倪先生于1996成集团并出任集团总裁至今。成集涉足于育、老、固定资产管理以及城市投资与运营域。成集在北京、山、浙江和海南等省市有投资项目。

“乐人达己,成就社会”的理念是乐成集团的基石,也是引导其发展壮大的使命。在这一使命的推动下,2003,倪先生决定建立一所与国际教育接轨、达到国际标准的学校。为了筹备这一项目,他拜访了许多欧美和亚洲名校,他还分析了国内外教育机构的大量数据。基于此,他最终决定创办一所高质量的国际学校。

通过与校内外教育专家的商讨,倪先生与学校教育团队确定了学校的教学理念,并亲自指导学校的校园建设和设计规划。他还向政府官员、外国驻华使馆官员以及工商界的朋友传播学校的教学理念。他的所有努力为学校的顺利开学奠定了坚实基础。

作为学校的创始人,倪先生希望学生们以在BCIS学习而感到自豪,期望老师们以在BCIS教学而感到喜悦。他坚信,BCIS将在其深厚的中国文化基础上,吸收先进的国际教育理念,成为一所提供高质量国际教育的典范学校而广受尊敬。倪先生期望将BCIS建成一所百年强校,为中国教育国际化做出更大贡献。


董事长 / 执行董事

安蔚女士

安蔚女士生长在北京,曾在悉尼Macquarie大学接受高等教育。随后她在新加坡国际学校新加坡和北京校区工作十年之久,收获了丰富的学校管理经验。

2004年底,她在BCIS创建期间扮演了重要角色,领导学校创始团队实施前期准备工作。当学校于2005年8月正式开学后,她出任行政总监一职。任职期间,她奠定并完善了学校的行政和运营系统。

2007年6月,安蔚女士被任命为BCIS的执行董事。她推进学校理事会的正式成立,并为理事会和学校制定了方针和准则。作为唯一一名全职董事,安蔚女士倾力服务于学校理事会、校长及学校社区。

2011年9月至2013年8月,安蔚女士任乐成教育首席执行官兼执行董事,2013年8月任乐成教育理事会执行董事。2017年9月,任乐成国际学校理事会董事长,并继续兼任执行董事。

安蔚女士是NCCT认证组织的成员,她曾经参与过对数所中国国际学校的认证访问。



其他理事成

陈伟成先生

陈伟成先生是一位公司价值及企业管理专家,擅长股东的战略价值创造、公司合并与并购、公司上市、风险管理咨询和公司治理等领域。他现在担任特步国际控股有限公司非执行董事,莎莎国际控股有限公司独立非执行董事,合生元国际控股有限公司独立非执行董事及其薪酬委员会主席,旭辉控股(集团)有限公司独立非执行董事,昱辉光能公司Renesola PLC独立董事,北京乐成国际学校理事及财务运营委员会主席。2010至2013年,任7天连锁酒店集团控股控股公司独立董事,审计委员会主席及其私有化特殊委员会主席。2003-2008年,陈先生先后出任李宁公司执行董事,首席财务官,会计师及董事会秘书等职。2004年,陈先生在李宁公司在香港证券交易所的成功上市起到了关键作用。期间他还负责资本规划及运作,在领导和营造投资者关系上取得巨大成就。他倡导高效的企业治理和风险管理,并为企业带来前瞻性的财务管理理念。他也曾在数家跨国企业担任高管。1999-2002年,陈先生曾任路透社中国、蒙古和北朝鲜的区域高级副总裁和路透社中国地区总代表。在此之前,他曾分别出任香港财经信息服务大型实体公司路透社香港子公司执行董事,路透社澳大利亚子公司Infocast Pty 有限公司董事,以及路透社东亚地区财务经理(总监)。陈伟成先生是英国特许管理会计师公会资深会员,香港董事学会资深会员。


刘蓬女士

刘蓬女士是一位国家注册建筑设计师,有着20多年丰富的建筑设计经验,并获得过多项行业大奖。她在清华大学获得建筑学士学位,并从美国波尔州立大学取得建筑硕士学位。

刘蓬女士参与了BCIS多个建筑与项目的设计,包括幼儿园项目与BCIS大门等。她也是BCIS的一位家长。她坦言自己与孩子都从BCIS教育中受益良多。刘蓬女士十分愿意为BCIS的发展贡献自己的力量。2016年5月,刘蓬女士受邀加入学校理事会,成为学校理事会董事。



李忠先生

李忠先生出生于中国西部甘肃省。他从长沙理工大学会计专业毕业后,继续自己的求学之路并如愿考下了中国注册会计师证。

他在能源与建筑行业工作了28年,专注于高级财务管理工作,目前担任乐成集团CFO及战略投资中心总经理。李忠先生于2005年成为BCIS理事会成员,专注于为财务及运营工作提供指导意见,同时也是理事会财务运营委员会成员。


范卫锋先生


范卫锋是高樟资本的创始人、CEO。

高樟资本成立于2015年,专注于新媒体、新教育的精神消费领域投资,投资人主要为互联网、金融业的知名公司、企业家以及母基金。

范卫锋毕业于中国人民大学贸易经济系,曾著有《新媒体十讲》(中信出版社),被行业称为“新媒体的参谋长”。此前先后在“联办”、人民日报两大体系内,从事报纸、杂志、电视、广播、互联网的采编管理、投资,被36氪评为中国新文娱领域最具发现力投资人。


张艳

张艳女士,现任浙江省保健品化妆品行业协会会长,浙江省社会组织总会副会长,中国营养学会委员,长三角营养保健产业联盟执行主席。

张艳女士在行业协会、标准化组织等非营利组织从业20年,并长期在省级行业协会中担任主要管理工作。在行业协会管理、行业标准制修订、行业政策倡导、食品安全管理、特殊人群的营养改善、健康产业研究等领域有丰富的实践经验。多年来,她带领团队在行业协会发展模式创新领域做了大量的探索实践,并在全国同行业中起到示范与引领的作用。2016年,张艳女士顺利完成清华大学与麻省理工大学为期一年的“U型理论”课程学习。

同时,张艳女士还在全国同行业中积极推动商业向善,搭建行业公益平台。2013年以来,她在动物福利改善、产业扶贫、儿童与老年人群营养改善等方面,也做了大量的倡导与实践工作。


荣誉理事成员


Mr. Robert Fricker

Bob Fricker is an American educator with 35 years of experience as teacher, senior administrator, Head of School, and consultant. Bob is a consultant with Carney Sandoe & Associates, which is based in Boston and consults with schools in United States and internationally. The largest consulting firm of its type, Carney Sandoe consults with schools on issues relating to organizational development, leadership transitions, strategic planning, and board governance.

Bob’s consulting is informed by his experience as a Head of School, teacher, and senior school administrator. Prior to his work in schools, Bob spent ten years as a senior administrator in American higher education, including senior leadership positions at the University of Massachusetts and the Pratt Institute in New York City.

In addition to his work with schools and colleges, Bob has served on the Boards of several organizations, including two schools in the United States. He is also the current Chair of the Board of Directors of the Northeast Foundation for Children, a school reform organization that works with hundreds of public schools throughout the United States.


Mr. Hardin Coleman

Hardin Coleman has spent his career as an educator, counselor, scholar, and administrator, focused on helping adolescents become effectively engaged citizens. After starting as a religion teacher, counselor, and coach at Quaker schools in the Philadelphia area, he spent a year teaching at the Shanghai Teachers University in China. Dr. Coleman then earned his PhD from Stanford University in Counseling Psychology, with a focus on multicultural counseling. He spent 17 years as a faculty member at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he trained school counselors, produced research on the role of cultural identity in student achievement, and rose to the position of Associate Dean of Outreach and Multicultural Initiatives in the School of Education.

Since 2008, Dr. Coleman has served as Dean of the School of Education at Boston University. There, he has helped the school to focus on using research to improve the practice of education; preparing educators who are leaders in their schools; and meeting the needs of practicing educators through effective professional development. He is currently involved in the improvement of educational opportunities within the Boston area. He was appointed by Mayor Menino to the External Advisory Council on School Assignment, and has served as well as on the advisory boards for Edvestors and FUEL – non-profits that are driving change in urban education. He serves on the Boston School Committee, the Executive Committee for the Council of Academic Deans of Research Education Institutions, is Chair-Elect for the Organization of Institutional Affiliates with the American Education Research Association, the board of the Home for Little Wanderers, and the Beijing City International School. He is a Fellow in the Society of Counseling Psychology and has numerous publications.

Dr. Coleman is celebrating more than 30 years of marriage with Gail Coleman and enjoys watching his sons Jesse and Aaron emerge as the next generation of Coleman’s engaged in education.


乐成教育总校长

Mr. Nick Bowley


Nick Bowley received his first degree from the University of Cambridge in 1969. A year spent volunteering as a teacher in a small Sudanese town persuaded Nick to pursue a career that combined education with travel. He met his future wife Rhona at the University of London where they both qualified as teachers before setting off to Nigeria to work in a national girls’ boarding school. Following that, Nick taught in his native UK before serving for many years in international schools in Africa and the Middle East.

In 2001, Nick gained his first experience of living and working in China when he was appointed Director of the International School of Tianjin. He worked in Tianjin for six years, and it was here that he developed a keen interest in Chinese culture and the Chinese education system. In 2007, he moved to Beijing to become Interim Head of School of BCIS for one year. Following two years living in Europe, Nick returned to BCIS as Head of School. He remained here until his retirement from full-time employment in 2013. Nick now works part-time as a consultant for the accreditation service of the Council of International Schools.

Nick has served on the IB Regional Heads’ Representative Committee, Asia-Pacific region, and on the board of the Association of China and Mongolia International Schools.

Nick’s appointment as the Superintendent of YueCheng Education (YCE) provides him with the opportunity to resume his service to education at BCIS and, through YERI, to national schools in Chaoyang District and beyond. Nick feels deeply committed to YCE, to Beijing, and to the extraordinarily vibrant people of China.
