Sherry has over 20 years Human Resource Management work experience in multi-national companies, main industries include engineering service, consultant firm, fast moving consumer goods, etc. She has over 6 months overseas working experience at Australia listing Engineering company Corporate HR department at Brisbane, Australia. In the past over 20 years, she took different HR Management roles within HR full function.
Sherry has rich experience with strong leadership in recruiting, compensation & benefits, training schemes design & implementation as well as team buildup. In addition, she is skillful in cross-culture management and organizational culture alignment & aggregation.
Tony has more than two decades of experience in working in International schools and companies in Administration and Facility Management. Tony studied postgraduate courses at China University of Political Science and Law.
Outside of work Tony has many hobbies. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to pop music and especially enjoys listening to the bands as well as reading historical literature. Although Tony has just joined, it feels like he has been working together with the school for a long time.
Dennis Wang joined BCIS in the summer of 2008. Before that, he worked at the International School of Beijing. He has more than 10 years working experience in the IT field. In 2001, he went abroad to study in Canada. He received an M.B.A. degree in Halifax, NS, Canada in 2004.
Dennis is now working as the IT manager at BCIS. He will lead the BCIS IT team to provide the best IT service to the whole school. He strongly believes that BCIS will have a brilliant future.
Susan Wen, graduated from South China Agricultural University, with Master Degree majoring in Pratacultural Science. From March 20th, 2019, Ms. Susan Wen will be the Acting Public Affairs (PA) Manager. Joining BCIS since 2011, Susan has served in Human Resources Department and Public Affairs Department. She has profound knowledge and experience in government relations, compliance and expatriate affairs. Though her detailed achievements in upholding BCIS’s compliance and operation validity is not well known by all, she has been well recognized by the community as being empathetic, robust and professional.
Carrie gained her BA in hotel management from Beijing International Studies University. After working at China World Hotel for two years, she went to the United States to pursue further education. She spent five years in Denver, Colorado where she received her Master in Business Administration from University of Colorado at Boulder, and worked in the second largest satellite TV operator in the United States. After coming back to China, Carrie worked in various multinational corporations and leading education companies where she gained abundant managerial experience.
Carrie has a long-standing passion for education and aspires to have a positive impact on people. Drawn to BCIS’ mission, Carrie joined BCIS in June 2019 and feels privileged to be part of the BCIS community. While not working, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as reading and swimming.
