In the summer of 2008, Dennis Wang joined BCIS, following his tenure at the International School of Beijing. With more than ten years of experience in the IT industry, he earned an MBA degree from Halifax, NS, Canada in 2004. As the IT Manager at BCIS, under the guidance of the YCE IT Director, he currently leads a team of IT professionals in delivering exceptional services across both academic and administrative domains of the school. Dennis holds a firm belief in the bright future of BCIS.
Ann Teng joined YCE in 2019 and she has more than 10 years of experiences as a HR professional in multinational company. Prior to join YCE, she worked as the Assistant HR Manager at a state-owned overseas mining company for 8 years.
Ann is now working as the HRBP head and leading interacting on a day-to-day basis with school/institute leaders on the people related matters impacting their business and role as the key contact window for BCIS HR daily operations. Led by YCE HR Director, she partners with HR team to provide continuous improvement operations experience to organization in accordance with their business and workforce priorities.
Susan Wen joined BCIS in 2011 after gained her Master degree from SCAU. She has served in the Human Resources Department for 4 years and started her management career since 2019 in Public Affairs Department. Susan has profound knowledge and experience in government relations, compliance and expatriate affairs. Though her detailed achievements in upholding BCIS’s compliance and operation validity is not well known by all, she has been well recognized by the community as being empathetic, robust and professional. She is reliable and trusted by expatriate staff to handle legal residence affairs in China. Susan always say BCIS mission empowered her to be a more optimistic, challenging and compassionate person.
Shirley graduated from the University of New South Wales in Australia, with a Master’s degree of Commerce and Economics. She has worked in global companies in Australia and China for over 15 years with multi-functional roles including management consulting and project management. She joined BCIS in 2019, and has now been appointed as the campus manager. Shirley is a positive and passionate person and has experience in management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration.
Sam Li graduated from the Napier University, UK, with a Master degree of Business Management. He has more than 18 years of experience in Marketing and Communications across both 2B and 2C industries. Before joined BCIS in 2024, he worked for different companies including Fortune 500 company and local tech company. At BCIS, he worked as Marketing & Engagement Senior Manager and he holds a firm belief in the bright future of the school.
